Recently, Oubo Central Air Conditioning has achieved a significant milestone in the new material industry by successfully providing a customized solution for Hu Po New Materials, a subsidiary of Jiujiang Defu Technology Co., Ltd., helping it to set a new industry benchmark in the production of high-end copper foil.
Project Overview:
Jiujiang Defu Technology Co., Ltd., a company with national high-tech enterprise qualifications, focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of electrolytic copper foil. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hu Po New Materials, established in 2022, specializes in the manufacturing, sales, and research and development of electronic specialty materials. Hu Po New Materials has developed production technologies for 4.5-micron and high-tensile-strength 6-micron lithium battery copper foil, reaching an internationally leading level and achieving the domestic substitution of advanced electronic circuit copper foil.
Challenges in Copper Foil Production:
The production of copper foil involves three key steps: solution deposition, surface treatment, and product slitting. This process is highly technical and requires an extremely high level of cleanliness in the production environment. Therefore, the project team is very cautious in choosing the HVAC system, requiring equipment that can operate stably throughout the year and has high energy efficiency.

With extensive experience in the field of industrial purification, Oubo Central Air Conditioning provided a comprehensive HVAC system solution for the copper foil project of Jiujiang Hu Po New Materials. This system includes air-cooled screw chillers, full heat recovery air-cooled module chillers, and FP series fan coil units. The system not only meets the project's requirements for high stability and energy efficiency but also significantly improves energy efficiency and system stability through precise throttling control and automatic cold-heat balance technology.
